How many people can be accommodated in the apartments?
The apartments are for 2-3-4 persons.
What is included in the price?
The price includes bed linen (1 set per week), towels (1 set per week), air conditioning, TV, safe, microwave, wi-fi.
Is there parking available?
Each apartment has a private garage for the car, bikes and surfboards. The cost is € 5.00 per day.
Do children pay?
Up to the age of three children stay free and are not included in the number of people occupying the apartment.
Do you have beds for children?
We have beds without sideboards for children up to the age of 13.
Are the apartments all the same?
Yes, the apartments are all identical.
Do you accept pets?
In our facility, we can not accommodate pets.
What compulsory extras are there?
The final cleaning which costs 60.00 euro.
What optional extras are there?
Partial cleaning during the stay € 30.00 each time. Set of sheets 5 euro per person. Set of towels 3 € per person. Heating 7 euro per day.
Can I bring the bike into the apartment?
No, bikes should be placed in the private garage.
Can I smoke in the apartments?
In the apartment smoking is prohibited.
Can I check-in after 19:30?
You may arrive up to 21.30 subject to notification. You are allowed to arrive up to 01.00 for an additional fee of 50.00 Euro. In case of arrival after 01:00 the apartment will be handed over from 06.30 the day after the arrival date.
Can I check-in before 16:30?
You can do the check-in a few hours before 16.30 if the apartments are available. You should inquire regarding availability at least one day prior to arrival.
Can I check out after 9:00 in the morning?
By prior request you can move the check-out time by maximum one hour and it’s subject to availability. In case of late check-out will be charged an extra day.
